Upon completing a transaction, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us to purchase the selected product and/or service.
Cancellations: A transaction may only be cancelled if explicitly allowed on the Platform. Any such cancellation will be governed by the terms provided therein. We reserve the right to approve or reject cancellation requests at our sole discretion, and may request additional information before processing a cancellation.
Refunds & Returns: Once the product and/or service has been delivered, refund or replacement requests will only be entertained if the item received does not match the description provided on the Platform.
Request Timeline: All refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction, or within a longer period if specifically stated on the Platform. Refund claims submitted beyond this timeline will not be considered.
